Returns and Refunds Policy

 

1. Returns for Custom T-Shirts:

 

1.1. Custom T-shirts are made to order, tailored to Your specific preferences, and typically cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part in fulfilling Your customization instructions.

 

1.2. If You receive a custom T-shirt that is defective or does not meet the customization details You provided, please contact us within 7 days receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide instructions for returning the item.

 

1.3. Returns for custom T-shirts due to defects or fulfilment errors must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to expedite the return process.

 

2. Returns for Readily Available Uniforms:

 

2.1. For readily available uniforms that are not customized, You may return the product within [number of days] days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

 

2.2. To initiate a return for readily available uniforms, please contact us within the specified return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted.

 

2.3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

3. Refunds:

 

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the return criteria outlined in this policy.

 

3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in Your account, depending on Your payment provider.

 

4. Exchanges:

 

4.1. If You wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or colour), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for the exchange process. All incurred cost resulting from the exchange shall be borne by you.

 

4.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items:

 

5.1. The following items are typically non-returnable:

 

  • Custom T-shirts that do not have defects or fulfilment errors.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items without their original packaging or with missing tags.

 

6. Cancellation of Orders:

 

6.1. You may cancel an order for custom T-shirts within 24 hours of placing the order if production has not yet begun.

 

6.2. Orders for readily available uniforms may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
